Terms & Conditions

Please understand the service and your payment before sending a tip.

01 About these terms

These terms describe use of tipflow.site, its informational pages and admin-invited creator pages and their authenticated dashboards. Read them together with the Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy before submitting a tip.

Use the contact address on this site if you need clarification. Nothing on an animated preview should be treated as confirmation that a payment, account or creator service has been activated.

02 Using the website

Provide accurate information when you contact support or submit a tip. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use and submit information you have permission to share. If you are not able to authorize a payment yourself, do not use someone else's payment credentials.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with the site, impersonate other people or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. The Community Guidelines also apply to tip messages and support communications.

03 Nature of a tip

A tip is voluntary support for the named creator. It does not include a promised physical product, personal consultation, advertising placement, stream appearance or response unless a separate arrangement is expressly made outside this tipping flow.

Check the creator name, selected currency and amount carefully. Admins create creator accounts and individual page handles. All payments collect through the same configured TipFlow merchant account. Creator dashboards show order activity, not withdrawable balances or automated split payouts.

04 Checkout and authorization

When payments are enabled, the server creates an order and the website opens Razorpay checkout. You may be asked to complete additional authorization by your bank or payment application. Review the details presented there before proceeding.

Submitting the form, seeing a browser animation or closing the checkout is not confirmation of payment. TipFlow displays Paid after its backend confirms a captured payment. An authorized payment that is not yet captured remains Pending.

05 Payment problems and retries

If a payment is pending or its status cannot be confirmed, use Check Status for the existing order before attempting another payment. Keep the order and payment references for support. A temporary network error may prevent immediate confirmation even when an attempt has reached the payment provider.

Retry Checkout reuses the existing order when its status permits. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to raise concerns about duplicate payments, unexpected charges and refund requests. Do not use a second payment to fix an uncertain first payment.

06 Messages and privacy

Keep messages relevant and respectful. Do not include passwords, OTPs, full card details or private information belonging to someone else. Submitting a message does not guarantee that it will be displayed publicly or read during a livestream.

TipFlow processes submitted contact and order details as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment credentials are handled through the checkout provider. Support may ask for transaction references to identify a payment, but not your bank password or UPI PIN.

07 Availability and changes

Features may be changed or temporarily unavailable during maintenance, provider interruptions or development. Creator access is invite-only. Creators are responsible for keeping their login private and their profile information accurate. Creators can configure paid-tip livestream overlays and custom sounds. Goal widgets and automated payouts are not part of the current integration.

The website may operate with payments disabled or in test mode. These modes are described on the creator page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific response from an individual creator.

08 Contact and policy updates

For service questions or payment concerns, email [email protected] with the relevant page and transaction reference. These terms may be updated when the service changes; the date above indicates the current published version. This page does not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
