Shipping & Delivery Policy

01 A digital tipping service

TipFlow facilitates support for the named creator through a digital payment flow when checkout is enabled. There is no physical product catalogue, parcel shipment, delivery address collection or courier service in the current implementation.

Shipping charges, tracking numbers, estimated parcel arrival dates and cash-on-delivery are therefore not part of this tipping page. Do not provide a home address or shipping instructions in the message field.

02 What your tip supports

A tip is voluntary appreciation for a creator's work. It does not automatically purchase merchandise, a private session, a downloadable file, paid membership or an individual service.

Any separate product or service offered elsewhere would need its own clearly stated arrangement. Do not assume that a tip on this page includes something mentioned in an unrelated livestream, chat or third-party listing.

03 When payment is confirmed

After authorization through checkout, TipFlow checks the payment on its server. Paid appears when a captured payment is confirmed. The time this takes can vary with the payment method, provider response and network conditions.

An order created by the form, a processing screen or an authorized-but-uncaptured payment is not the same as a confirmed Paid result. Use Check Status to refresh an uncertain result for the same order.

04 Creator acknowledgement and messages

You may include a short message with the tip, but sending it does not guarantee a public reading, livestream alert, shout-out or reply. A creator may be offline or choose not to feature a message.

Creators can enable an optional paid-tip browser-source overlay and custom alert sound in their dashboard. A notification depends on the creator keeping the source connected and configured; it is not a guarantee of a spoken acknowledgement. Goal widgets remain a planned feature.

05 Delayed or unavailable confirmation

If checkout closes unexpectedly or the page cannot confirm a payment, keep the order reference and use the status controls. Avoid paying again while the original result is pending or unavailable.

If the issue continues, email [email protected] with the date, amount and available order or payment reference. Do not include passwords or payment credentials. We do not publish a fixed resolution time for provider delays.

06 Test mode and other policies

Animated previews and Razorpay test-mode transactions do not deliver a real financial transfer. The creator page identifies payment availability and mode. For disputed payments or refund enquiries, read the Refund & Cancellation Policy; for information handling, read the Privacy Policy.
