01 What is TipFlow?

TipFlow, available at tipflow.site, gives supporters a focused place to send a tip and a message to a creator. Admins can invite creators, each with a dedicated tip page, personal dashboard, INR tip form and Razorpay checkout integration.

The goal is to make the support experience understandable: choose an amount, enter your details, review the acknowledgement and complete checkout when payments are available. You can then check the result on the creator page.

02 What is available today?

The creator page includes a channel banner, avatar, amount selector, email, name and message fields, and a payment status panel. When configured by the operator, Razorpay opens after Send TipFlow and the backend verifies the payment result.

The homepage walkthrough is an animation with fictional sample details. It illustrates the experience without opening real checkout or transferring money. Creator access is by admin invitation. Creators can customize their page and review their own tip activity. Creator livestream overlays can display verified paid tips with a custom sound. Automated payouts and custom goal widgets are not currently available.

03 Tip amounts and currency

The form accepts two-decimal amounts from 1 to 100,000 units of the selected currency. Creator minimum/default settings apply to INR; foreign-currency tips start with a suggested amount of 5 units. Supporters can select INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD or SGD, subject to the currencies enabled on the merchant account. No automatic exchange-rate conversion is provided. Limits imposed by the payment provider, your bank or an available payment method may be different.

For example, entering 200 with USD selected means USD 200; the same number with INR selected means INR 200. Review the checkout amount and recipient before authorizing the payment. Do not assume that typing an amount alone completes a transaction.

04 Fees and pricing transparency

This implementation does not add a separate TipFlow supporter fee to the amount entered. Payment processing charges, settlement deductions or taxes associated with the merchant's payment arrangement are separate from a promise about a creator's net proceeds.

We have not published a creator subscription plan, a platform commission schedule or a guaranteed revenue-share percentage. Contact support for current commercial details rather than relying on a feature illustration or an earlier mockup.

05 Payment availability

The creator page shows whether payments are unavailable, running in Razorpay Test Mode or enabled for live checkout. Test transactions do not collect real money. Live availability depends on the merchant account and operator configuration.

Checkout displays the payment methods available for that transaction. The website does not guarantee that every card, bank, wallet or UPI application will be supported for every supporter.

06 Who receives the funds?

All creator pages collect through the same configured TipFlow merchant account. Orders identify the selected creator, while any disbursement to creators is managed separately by the operator. It does not automatically distribute funds to independent creators, maintain creator balances or provide a self-service withdrawal system.

A tip is voluntary support. It does not purchase a physical item, reserve a service appointment or guarantee a shout-out, message reading or response from the creator.
