Refund & Cancellation Policy

What to do when checkout is closed, a payment is uncertain, or a refund needs review.

Last updated:

01 Review your tip before paying

Check the creator name, selected currency, amount and message before authorizing checkout. A tip is voluntary support and is not tied to a physical item or a guaranteed creator response. Contact support if you need clarification before paying.

This page explains the current support and review process. It does not promise that every completed tip can be cancelled, that every request will be approved, or that a bank will return funds within a fixed number of days.

02 Closing checkout or cancelling an attempt

You can close checkout before completing the payment flow. TipFlow will check the existing order and may show Checkout Closed when no payment has been confirmed. Closing the window alone does not establish that a payment attempt never reached your bank or provider.

If an authorization was already made, use Check Status and review the existing order before starting again. A payment that is pending capture should not be treated as a cancelled or failed payment merely because the browser was closed.

03 Failed, pending and uncertain results

A failed attempt may be retried using the existing order when the status controls allow it. Pending indicates that confirmation is still required. Status Unavailable indicates that the site could not currently verify the result; it is not proof that no money moved.

If your payment application or bank shows a debit while TipFlow does not show Paid, save the reference and contact support. Do not make a second payment as a way of correcting the first status. Any reversal timing depends on the actual transaction and payment provider.

04 Requesting a refund review

Email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the date, amount, order ID and payment ID if available. Explain whether the concern involves a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, suspected unauthorized use or another problem.

Support may request non-sensitive information to identify the transaction and understand the request. Do not send full card numbers, bank passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs. Providing a reference helps investigation but does not automatically approve a refund.

05 Review and processing

Requests are considered using the relevant payment record and circumstances. If a refund is approved, the operator handles it through the payment provider. The current website does not include a self-service refund button or automatic approval workflow.

Confirmation of a request, provider processing and the appearance of money in a bank account are separate stages. We have not published a guaranteed processing or bank-credit deadline. Contact support for the status of a specific reviewed request.

06 Refund status on TipFlow

The status panel checks the payment provider for refund information. It can display Refunded for a full refund or Partially Refunded when only part of the captured amount has been returned according to the provider's record.

A displayed refund status should be read alongside your payment-provider or bank record. If those records appear inconsistent, share the transaction references with support rather than submitting a new tip to test the result.

07 Subscriptions, test payments and your rights

The current integration has no paid recurring subscription to cancel. Email waitlist requests can be withdrawn by contacting the support address. Preview animations and test-mode transactions do not collect real money and do not require a real-money refund.

This policy does not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For a payment dispute, use the relevant support channel and provide accurate information about the transaction.
